Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate your account: your name, contact details, payment method identifiers (UPI handle, Paytm number, PhonePe number), and transaction history. No additional data is gathered without your explicit consent.

How We Use Cookies

Cookies on 9yards.asia keep your session active, remember your language preference, and help us detect unusual login behaviour. You can manage cookie preferences from the footer of any page; withdrawing consent does not affect your account balance or transaction history.

Account Security

Each account is protected by two-factor authentication and session-timeout controls. If our systems detect a login from an unrecognised device, access is paused and a verification request is sent to your registered email or phone number before it resumes.

Data Retention

We keep account and transaction records for the period required by applicable Indian regulations. Once that period expires, data is securely deleted unless you have an open dispute — in which case records are held until the dispute is resolved and then deleted.

Requesting Changes

You may request a correction to your personal data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected] with 'Data Request' in the subject line. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the action within 30 days.

Yes. Completing account registration on 9yards.asia constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions. You cannot access the lobby or make deposits via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe unless you have accepted them.

We notify you by email and display a notice on login. The updated version takes effect on the date shown at the top of the document. Continuing to use your account after that date counts as acceptance of the revised Terms.

Yes. If you do not accept revised Terms, email [email protected] before the effective date to request account closure. Any remaining balance will be processed back through your original payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

Every deposit made via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe is governed by the wallet and payment clauses in these Terms. Funds credited to your 9yards wallet are subject to the wagering-conduct rules in section 7 and the withdrawal conditions in section 9.

You will receive a written explanation by email within 24 hours of any suspension. You may formally contest the decision by replying to that email within 14 days. Your account funds remain ring-fenced during the review period and are not at risk.

Email [email protected] with the subject 'Data Access Request' and your account ID. We will send a complete summary of the data we hold within 30 days, in line with the data-retention commitments in our Terms & Conditions.

Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available where local law permits. The governing law clause in our Terms specifies the applicable jurisdiction; where Indian law applies, those provisions take precedence over any conflicting clause in these Terms.
